programme developed by Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings Limited, to
enable specifiers to take care of the decorative maintenance of buildings,
paying regard to tenant satisfaction and long-term cost predictability.
Best Value puts a number of responsibilities upon specifiers and Smart
Maintenance has been designed to fulfil these objectives. Smart Maintenance
proposes a three-way partnership between specifier, contractor and
manufacturer with the aim of prescribing a tailored, site-specific
maintenance cycle over the life-time of the building. |
